Marple Make it Marple Littlewoods Butchers BBQ The Railway

New stalls, crafting activities and butchers BBQ for July’s artisan and makers market. 11am-3pm, Sunday 15th July at The Railway Pub car park, Rose Hill, Marple

Marple's independent community artisan and makers market will be staging a summer spectacular this Sunday 15th July at the Railway on Stockport Road.  New for July is the Littlewoods Butchers BBQ, more stalls than ever before, new live music acts and craft activities for the whole family.

Make it Marple is a monthly market that celebrates and showcases local creatives, musicians artists, upcyclers alongside local food producer from Marple and the surrounding area.

The hand-picked stalls will include a glassmaker, ceramicist, sculptors, jewellery makers, silversmith, clothes designers, upcyclers, artists, printmakers, a dog accessory designer, a chocolatier, baker, butcher, soup maker, soap maker, candle maker, textile designers and vintage finders.


Every monthly market offers a free stall to help a local cause raise awareness and fundraise. This month,  New Horizons, The Stockport Canal Boat Trust is taking up a guest slot.

Make it Marple is a community project to help to raise the profile and give a platform to local creative and independent businesses, established by local creative business owners, Jane Nketiah, Kala Walsh and Nancy Collantine.
